Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.Exchange Only within 3-4 Days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be pay shipping cost 10 AED. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns & Cancellations Policies


If the item arrives Dead/ Faulty

If your item is faulty or not in working condition due to a manufacturing product defect as it is supposed to – then you can still return it. If  your product defect by manufacturer you can contact to company service center.

Within 4 Days Of Receiving the item(s) :
If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to Four(4) days to do so, so long as the item is in the same condition as received and with the original packaging intact we deduct the shipping charge only then after we will  refund the pending amount.
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind on a bought item, if after making the purchase online and you still have not received the item, you could still cancel your order. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card, other payment cards) then the money would be refunded, but due to individual card providers, the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement.
In all circumstances you can contact the Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page for a return of an item or refunds.

Refund
If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, defective or not functioning as advertised.

So basically if it is a return because you have simply changed your mind then the shipping fees will be retained by Dreams Computer Trading LLC and we just refund you amount paid for the item(s).

You will be refunded the shipping fees for returned items not in proper working condition or faulty and/or defective.

Dreams Computer Trading LLC holds the rights to cancel any order in any of the below cases

Fraudulent Transactions: 

Dreams Computer Trading LLC holds the rights to cancel orders made with fraudulent email ID, payment method and all kinds of bulk purchases.
